Plumbing by Custom Built is a dedicated division of Custom Built Design & Remodeling. We bring over two decades of trusted local craftsmanship, high quality standards, and expert service to every plumbing project we take on.
Our Story
Custom Built Design and Remodeling has been working in Mid-Michigan homes for over 20 years. In that time, we have remodeled hundreds of kitchens and bathrooms, finished basements, and transformed spaces throughout Okemos, East Lansing, Haslett, and the surrounding communities.
The more homes we worked in, the more we ran into the same problem: homeowners needed reliable plumbing work done alongside their projects, and finding a plumber they could trust was harder than it should have been. Plumbing by Custom Built was built to solve that.
We bring the same process, the same standards, and the same commitment to honest communication that Custom Built has applied to every remodeling project for two decades. Whether you are planning a full bathroom renovation or you just need a water heater replaced before it fails on a January morning, we handle the plumbing side with the same care we would bring to any Custom Built project.
Why Plumbing By Custom Built
When you hire Plumbing by Custom Built, you are getting a plumber backed by an organization that has spent 20 years building a reputation for doing things right. That reputation matters to us on every job, even a drain cleaning or a faucet swap, because our name is on all of it.
We are locally owned, licensed and insured in Michigan, and we back every installation with our satisfaction guarantee. We are not a franchise, not a call center that dispatches strangers, and not a company that sends a different tech every time. We are a Mid-Michigan team that has been showing up for homeowners in this area for a long time, and we plan to keep doing it.
